Starting her journey with Smart in 2011 as an Onsite Account Manager, Karla has since grown and evolved alongside our business.
Over the years, she has embraced every challenge and opportunity, gaining invaluable experience across different clients and roles.
Now, in her current position, she plays a key role in ensuring businesses find the right talent whilst championing social impact.
